Redfin Shareholder Drops Suit Over Goldman Role in Rocket Sale

A Redfin Corp. stockholder voluntarily dismissed his challenge over its recent $1.75 billion sale to Rocket Cos. a week after a federal judge denied his request for attorneys’ fees.

Shareholders voted overwhelmingly in favor of the deal in June, the day after Judge John H. Chun of the US District Court for the Western District of Washington denied investor Jason Morano a preliminary injunction that would’ve delayed the vote.
