Point72 Asset Management’s top lawyer is leaving four years after being brought in to help Steven Cohen’s firm move past its legal woes.

Kevin O’Connor will depart at the end of this year to join heating and air-conditioning company Carrier Corp. in January as general counsel, Cohen said Wednesday in an internal memo seen by Bloomberg.
