Plug Power Investors Fall Short in Class Suit Over Revenue Goals

Plug Power Inc. investors failed to provide specificity in their allegations that the hydrogen fuel cell maker misrepresented its anticipated growth, a federal court ruled.

The complaint must be dismissed, Judge Jennifer L. Hall said for the US District Court for the District of Delaware. But Hall gave lead plaintiffs Guy and Wesley Brown another chance to plead their claims on behalf of a proposed class and declined to strike allegations based on a confidential witness account.
