Opendoor Technologies Inc. investors convinced a federal judge to revive part of their lawsuit alleging the home-buying company misled them about its pricing algorithm.
Judge Michael Liburdi in the US District Court for the District of Arizona on Tuesday agreed to reconsider his February decision dismissing the lawsuit. Investors can move ahead with a claim that Opendoor made a misleading statement in public offering documents, Liburdi found on second look.
