O’Melveny Adds M&A, Private Equity Lawyer McKenna as Partner

Brian F. McKenna has joined O’Melveny & Myers as a partner in the mergers and acquisitions practice group in New York, the firm said Thursday.

McKenna advises public and private companies, private equity and venture capital funds, financial institutions, family offices, and sovereign wealth funds on transactions, particularly private company M&A and private equity investments, according to the firm.

He served as a partner with the corporate and securities group at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, O’Melveny said.
