Nevada Man Behind ‘Adz on Wheelz’ Ponzi to Pay SEC $3.2 Million

A man who settled SEC allegations of running a mobile advertising Ponzi scheme must pay the agency more than $3.2 million in disgorgement and fines, a Nevada federal district judge said.

Robert Cortez Marshall raised at least $5.7 million from investors in now-defunct R.B.J. Generational Wealth Management LLC, which did business as Adz on Wheelz. He has to give up more than $1.7 million in disgorgement and interest and pay nearly $1.5 million more as a Securities and Exchange Commission fine, the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada said.
