Nasdaq Rebuts Claims Racehorse Ruling Threatens Diversity Rules

Nasdaq Inc. is contesting a conservative organization’s argument that the stock exchange’s SEC-approved board diversity rules face new legal obstacles after a federal appeals court recently upheld a racehorse anti-doping law.
