Elon Musk, frustrated with Delaware, is threatening to relocate Tesla Inc. to Texas, but that could land him back precisely where he doesn’t want to be: a Delaware courtroom.

Musk vented on his social media platform, X, about Delaware this week after the state Chancery Court invalidated his $55 billion pay package with Tesla. And after his X followers overwhelmingly voted in favor of moving Tesla’s incorporation to Texas, where the electric car maker is headquartered, Musk said he plans a shareholder vote on the issue.
