Motorsport Games Inc. settled with a former co-stakeholder that had alleged the company concealed how well sales of a new racing video game would do before selling its shares.
They also resolved counterclaims that Motorsport brought against Innovate 2 Corp. for allegedly breaching their stock-purchase agreement by suing. US District Court for the District of Delaware Judge Stephanos Bibas inked their joint stipulation to dismiss all claims with prejudice on Wednesday. Bibas in February tossed Innovate’s claims and OKed Motorsport’s counterclaim when granting summary judgment in the latter’s favor.
