Mesa Air Group Inc. is free of some accusations it misled investors about its relationship with American Airlines Inc. ahead of its IPO, but a federal judge in Arizona allowed another part of the suit to move forward.
Investors didn’t properly allege the regional air carrier misled them about a capacity purchase agreement with American, its operational performance, or its spare planes, but the portion of the complaint dealing with statements on aircraft maintenance can go ahead, the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona said.
