Media Heiress Thomson Settles With Friend Over Crypto Project

Billionaire publishing heiress Taylor Thomson and her friend Ashley Richardson have settled their claims against each other over Thomson’s roughly $46 million investment in a cryptocurrency venture allegedly based on false promises of returns and market adoption.

The terms weren’t disclosed in Thomson’s notice Wednesday to the US District Court for the Central District of California.
