Maravai Shareholder Sues Over Accounting, Impairment Realization

Maravai LifeSciences Holdings Inc. board members and executives misled investors about its accounting abilities before finding an error in revenue recognition and delaying a report while it assessed a goodwill impairment charge, a shareholder lawsuit said.
