Logan Paul‘s assistant shouldn’t face claims that she helped perpetuate an alleged cryptocurrency scam through the influencer’s failed CryptoZoo Inc., a federal magistrate judge said.

Danielle Strobel’s “ties to Texas are so attenuated as to be negligible” and the investors who brought the lawsuit failed to plead the requisite contacts to sue her in the case before the US District Court for the Western District of Texas, said magistrate judge Ronald C.
