Logan Paul shouldn’t be granted default judgment in federal court against two co-creators of CryptoZoo Inc. for allegedly tricking him to join the project that now faces fraud claims from investors, a magistrate judge said.

In the midst of the overarching investor suit, Paul seeks to “point the finger at the empty chairs” of co-creators Eduardo Ibanez and “Crypto King” Jake Greenbaum, who haven’t yet made appearances, in his crossclaims, Magistrate Judge Ronald C. Griffin said.
