Knicks Cable Broadcaster MSG Faces Another Suit Over Acquisition

New York Knicks cable broadcaster MSG Networks Inc. was hit with another shareholder suit over its proposed acquisition by Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp.

Shareholder Jerome Anderson alleges the broadcast company, CEO James Dolan, and other corporate officers caused a “materially incomplete and misleading proxy statement” to be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, according to the suit filed Thursday in the the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
