Invisalign Maker Beats Investor Allegations in China Sales Suit

Align Technology Inc. is free of accusations it misled investors about its sales growth in China, although the would-be class will get a chance to amend its complaint, a federal judge in California said Monday.

The Invisalign maker’s investors failed to plead facts sufficient to support their allegations that the company claimed its sales growth in China remained strong even as it purportedly plummeted, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California said.
