Medical technology developer Inogen is accused of misleading investors about the sales potential of its portable oxygen concentrators in a new federal lawsuit.
William Fabbri claims the company overstated the strength of the company’s salesforce acumen and the size of the total addressable market for the concentrators. Fabbri is suing the company as well as its chief executive officer Scott Wilkinson and chief financial officer Alison Bauerlein.
Fabbri has asked the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California to certify his case as a class action.
