Influencer Erika Kullberg Agrees to Pay $372,500 in FTX Suit (1)

Personal finance and attorney influencer Erika Kullberg and her talent management agency have agreed to pay $372,500 to resolve claims that they hyped FTX before the cryptocurrency exchange’s 2022 collapse.

Plaintiffs sought preliminary approval of the accord with Kullberg and her Creators Agency LLC in the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida on Wednesday. If this classwide settlement agreement is ultimately approved by the court, the influencer and agency will be freed of allegations they touted the exchange to FTX collapse victims’ detriment.
