Gridsum Investor Deal Approved as SEC Progresses in Insider Suit

Gridsum Holding Inc.'s $4.5 million settlement with investors over accounting and tax issues has received final court approval, closing one chapter as the data analytics company continues to face an SEC enforcement action.

Judge Gregory H. Woods approved the class action settlement, and $1.5 million in attorneys’ fees, in orders docketed Thursday in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
