Graphic Packaging Investor Brings Lawsuit Over Inventory, Demand

An investor sued Graphic Packaging Holding Co. and two former executives Thursday for allegedly misleading shareholders about inventory problems and business challenges.

Michael Thurber filed the proposed class action seeking damages on behalf of investors who bought Graphic Packaging stock between Feb. 4, 2025, and Feb. 2, 2026, according to The complaint, filed in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York, targets the consumer packaging company, former CEO Michael P. Doss, and former CFO Stephen R. Scherger.
