Grail Hit With Shareholder Suit Over Cancer Screening Trial

An investor sued Grail Inc. and three executives, alleging they misled shareholders about the likelihood of success for the company’s NHS-Galleri cancer screening trial.

The trial failed to meet its primary endpoint and caused Grail’s stock to drop over 50%, according to the proposed class action filed Friday in the US District Court for the Northern District of California.
