Former SEC Execs Join Hughes Hubbard Reed

Former Securities and Exchange Commissioner Roel Campos and former SEC enforcement official Terence Healy have become members of Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP in the firm’s Washington office.

Campos and Healy will head the Securities Enforcement Practice Group as chair and vice chair, respectively, the law firm said in a Feb. 22 release.

Campos was a member of the commission from 2002 to 2007. Before joining Hughes Hubbard Reed, he was a partner at Cooley Godward Kronish LLP and Locke Lord LLP. Earlier in his career, Campos was an Assistant U.S. Attorney in Los Angeles.
