FIGS Investors Intend to Appeal Dismissal of Class Action Claims

FIGS Inc. investors plan to appeal a district court dismissal of allegations the medical outfitter misled them.

Stockholders notified the US District Court for the Central District of California on Monday that they plan to appeal to the Ninth Circuit the January order granting and denying in part defendants’ motions to dismiss their first amended class action complaint alleging securities law violations.
