Fenwick & West to Pay $54 Million in FTX Collapse Settlement (2)

A law firm, an auditor, and an alleged promoter of the FTX cryptocurrency reached settlements with people who lost money through the exchange’s failure, with Fenwick & West LLP agreeing to pay a class of digital asset and account holders $54 million.

Public accounting firm Prager Metis CPAs LLC agreed to fork over almost $11.8 million and former NBA player Udonis Haslem consented to a $420,000 payment, according to court filings. They seek Judge K. Michael Moore‘s preliminary approval of the settlements in the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
