FCA, Investors Win Final Nod for $5 Million Deal in Bribe Suit

Fiat Chrysler Automobiles NV and investors who say it misled them about a purported bribery scheme won final permission for their $5 million settlement from a federal judge in New York Wednesday.

The deal covers everyone who acquired common stock in the automaker—known as Stellantis NV following a 2021 merger—from a U.S. exchange or through a transaction in the U.S. from Feb. 26, 2016, through and including Jan. 27, 2021, with exceptions for those with close ties to FCA, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York said.
