Ex-Goldman Analyst, NFL Player’s Trades Get Third Man Charged

A third man faces charges over an insider trading scheme involving a former Goldman Sachs Group Inc. analyst and a professional football player, an indictment unsealed May 21 said.

Mark Wayne Ramsey was roommates with NFL linebacker Mychal Kendricks when he allegedly joined a scheme to use inside information to trade ahead of several mergers, the Justice Department indictment filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania said.
