Eventbrite Inc. investors who alleged the online ticket seller and event manager misled them over its 2017 acquisition of Ticketfly asked a California federal court to preliminarily approve a $1.9 million settlement and a potential settlement class of thousands of investors nationwide.
According to the notice filed Aug. 7 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, the parties reached an agreement in principle in June, a few months after the court dismissed the class allegations.
