The natural gas and propane pipeline firm is addressing accusations that it bribed Pennsylvania officials to secure pipeline permits.
A shareholder derivative suit involving similar allegations in Texas federal court, filed about a month earlier, isn’t enough to require a transfer, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania said Thursday.
