Elsevier, Parent Company Exit Ex-Worker’s Greenwashing Suit

A former worker at Cell Press Inc., who accused it and his ex-employer’s parent companies Elsevier Inc. and RELX PLC of greenwashing, missed a key filing window before bringing disability discrimination claims to court, a federal judge said.

Kip Lyall didn’t file a timely Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination charge within the 300-day window of being notified of his firing, Judge Patti B.
