Drug Discounter GoodRx Defeats Investor Suit on IPO, Competitors

GoodRx Holdings Inc. is free of allegations it misled investors about competitor services ahead of its 2020 initial public offering, after a federal judge in California threw out the case with prejudice.

Investors fell short of alleging that the company, which allows consumers to compare prescription drug prices and find medication coupons, made false statements or caused them any losses, the US District Court for the Central District of California said.
