DraftKings Inc.‘s $10 million settlement with a class of customers who purchased its non-fungible tokens got final approval from a federal court, resolving allegations the sportsbook sold unregistered securities and led buyers to expect profits that didn’t materialize.

Class counsel will get $3.33 million in attorneys’ fees plus nearly $53,000 in litigation expenses, Judge Denise J. Casper said Wednesday.
