Disqualification Order Against Director Lengthened Under High Court Decision

In Ong Chow Hong (alias Ong Chaw Ping) v Public Prosecutor and another appeal [2011] SGHC 93, Mr. Ong Chow Hong @ Ong Chaw Ping (“Ong”) appealed to the Singapore High Court against a disqualification order barring him from taking part in the management of any company for one year.
