Corp Fin Reporting Manual Updated; Topics Include Reverse Acquisitions, Audits

The Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Corporation Finance staff issued updates July 1 to its Financial Reporting Manual with respect to reverse acquisitions, fiscal year changes, and audit and auditor requirements, among other topics.

The manual is intended to serve as an internal reference document. It is not intended to create legal rights, and the commission has neither approved nor disapproved the information.
