The proposed class action, docketed Monday in Delaware Chancery Court, also targets Castlight’s financial adviser, Luxembourg-based William Blair & Co. It doesn’t name as defendants Anthem, Vera, or Vera’s private equity backers at Clayton, Dubilier & Rice LLC.
