British Boeing Supplier Doncasters Group Files for New York IPO

Doncasters Group, a centuries-old UK metal engineering group that supplies the aerospace industry, has filed for an initial public offering on the New York Stock Exchange.

The offering will consist of shares sold by DPC Holdings Ltd., the group’s holding company, according to a filing Tuesday with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

The Derby, England-based company has been gearing up for a potential US IPO that could raise between $500 million and $1 billion, and value it at more than $4 billion, people familiar with the matter have said.
