Bitcoin Miner Riot Chief Commercial Officer Harris Departs

Riot Platforms Inc., which changed its name from Riot Blockchain last month, said Chief Commercial Officer Chad Everett Harris is no longer employed by the Bitcoin mining company.

His departure is determined to be a termination without “cause,” according to a US Securities and Exchange Commission filing Wednesday. Riot and Harris didn’t immediately return messages seeking comment.
