Becton Dickinson Investors Get Class Status in Pump Defects Suit

Becton, Dickinson & Co. investors, who sued the company for allegedly misleading them about defects in its infusion pumps, can pursue their case as a class action, the US District Court for the District of New Jersey said.

The class includes any investor who bought or sold shares or options of the medical device manufacturing company’s stock from November 5, 2019 to February 5, 2020, Judge Stanley R. Chesler said in his Thursday order.
