An AST SpaceMobile Inc. investor’s suit against the broadband company’s directors and two executives over alleged satellite production misrepresentations has been dismissed at the shareholder’s request.
No settlement is involved, and stockholders don’t have to be notified in advance of closing the case, Judge David Counts of the US District Court for the Western District of Texas said Wednesday in the dismissal order.
