Asia to Lead the World in Sustainable Finance Growth, DWS Says

Asia will be the fastest-growing region for sustainable finance over the next decade after a slow start relative to the rest of the world, according to the asset management unit of Deutsche Bank AG.

“Asia will be the engine of growth,” Priscilla Lu, a managing director who leads sustainable investments in Asia at DWS Group said at the BNEF Shanghai Summit on Wednesday. “In the last few years, there has been an awakening of the importance of sustainable finance.”
