3D Systems Reports SEC Probe Stemming From Shareholder Lawsuit

3D Systems says in a regulatory filing it received a subpoena from the US Securities and Exchange Commission stemming from a shareholder class action lawsuit that claims the 3D printing company made inaccurate statements. The company says it’s cooperating with the agency.
