Finbar O’Neill has been sentenced to three months in prison after pleading guilty to willful OSHA violations that led to the death of a construction worker in Poughkeepsie, N.Y., the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York said Friday.
Onekey, LLC, the New Jersey construction company for which O’Neill serves as an executive, also got three years of probation and was ordered to pay a $218,417 fine by US Magistrate Judge Paul E. Davison, according to the office.
