Anyone who wants to comment on OSHA’s Covid-19 vaccination or testing mandate standard now has 45 extra days to submit their thoughts.
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration said Tuesday it has extended the deadline from Dec. 6 to Jan. 19.
OSHA is asking for comments on any aspect the emergency temporary standard and whether it should become a permanent rule. The standard requires most employers with 100 or more employees to require workers to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 or pass a weekly test.
