MacDougall was first appointed to the Occupational Safety Health and Review Commission by President
MacDougall’s departure and the end of Commissioner Cynthia Attwood’s term in April likely will leave the commission without a two-member quorum to decide Occupational Safety and Health Administration cases.
Remaining on the panel will be James Sullivan, a former industry attorney, appointed by Trump in 2017.
