When it comes to determining when the Labor Department issues a standard and when it issues guidance on an existing standard, “the devil’s in the details,” Julie Murray of the Public Citizen Litigation Group said March 10 at an American Bar Association conference.

Murray was one of the panelists on the topic that closed out the second day of the Occupational Safety and Health Law Committee’s 2016 Midwinter Meeting in Santa Barbara, Calif.
