An OSHA compliance team began an investigation June 5 at the scene of a privately held Wisconsin agricultural processing business where an explosion left three workers dead.
Scott Allen, an Occupational Safety and Health Administration spokesman, told Bloomberg BNA the agency launched an investigation into the disaster and is speaking with company employees. “I expect with the complexity of this one it’s going to take quite a while” to complete the investigation, Allen said. The agency will have six months to complete its work.
