OSHA Issues Second Set of Virus-Related Citations of Pandemic

OSHA, in its second coronavirus-related citations of the pandemic, fined an Ohio health-care firm $40,482 for allegedly violating respiratory protection standards after the company reported the hospitalization of seven employees.

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration inspected three OHNH EMP LLC nursing facilities—Pebble Creek Healthcare Center in Akron, and Salem West Healthcare Center and Salem North Healthcare Center in Salem—from April to June after it was told of the employee infections.
