OSHA Anti-Retaliation Rule to Get Legal Panel Review

A controversial OSHA rule that allows the agency to cite employers, in some cases, for disciplining workers who report injuries will be evaluated by the panel hearing appeals of citations.

The Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission announced Thursday that it would review a May 18 decision by an administrative law judge that found the Occupational Safety and Health Administration had failed to prove a retaliation allegation against the U.S. Postal Service.
