Attorney Hilary S. Cairnie of Baker & Hostetler LLP in Washington, who represents American Safety Council Inc., which has challenged the agency in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, told Bloomberg BNA Jan. 9 that the private school has several objections to how OSHA is conducting the competition and some of the requirements for the selected schools.
