Amazing Vitamins LLC in Carlstadt, N.J., is facing $287,500 in fines after failing to submit abatement documents for several violations cited during a prior inspection in July 2019, according to an OSHA citation.
The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration cited the vitamin manufacturer for three failure to abate, three repeat, and one serious violations.
The company has 15 business days from receipt of its citations and penalties to comply, request an informal conference with OSHA’s area director, or contest the findings before the independent Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission.
