A Southern California company that produces flavored liquids for e-cigarette vapor inhalers was ordered to pay $110,000 and reinstate a manager fired after filing a state environmental complaint.
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration ordered Mr. Good Vape LLC, whose products include “Baker’s Dozen,” “Melon Head,” and “Moon Sugar,” to reinstate the manager fired in May 2015.
The manager reported concerns about environmental law violations to the California Environmental Protection Agency, OSHA said. The worker, whose identity wasn’t revealed, was suspended and then fired two days later.
